Get in and around our mouths, stat!

We’re doing even cooler sh*t to traditional Lebanese food with the shake-up of our latest menu.

The devious duo, Julian Cincotta and Jordan Muhamad, have ramped up our offering with highlights which include fire split prawns with spice dukkah and burnt butter vinaigrette and BBQ octopus with eggplant, cumin and black garlic puree.

If your a fan of our fresh middle eastern take on some traditional cocktails, you be delighted to hear they they have been given the old refresh too. While some of your favourite classics are staying put – i.e. the Wet Rose! – there will be a bunch of new concoctions for you to taste test the next time you’re in Glebe!

We’ve got six words that describe our thoughts towards the new menu: get in and around our mouths, stat (ok that’s seven, but since when do we follow the rules?)
